Ultimately, this sham of a HC bill is not to improve HC deliveries but a subterfuge to give tax breaks to the rich who have long bribed congress to get back what Obama (through the ACA) had imposed on them.....

This bill will prove a very heavy albatross on the backs of those republicans in contested districts (and states) and the ads against them before the midterm elections will be ruthless in exposing their partisanship and their screwing of their own constituents.

It is the Domestic Equivalent of dropping that MOAB bomb in Afghanistan and or the Missiles launched against Syria after a "heads up" here it comes ...lots of noise ...lots of firework and then ZILCH ...same here lots of "We won a great Victory" photo shoot for Trump and immediately the GOP cvontrolled Senate said 'That Dead Fish from the House is not even going to be considered because its "Too Rank" LOL

Yes, you can call it a success, when you take into consideration the millions of lives its saved based on covering people who could not previously afford nor access coverage.

That said, the Democrats have NEVER stated, nor suggested in any way that Obamacare was perfect. Their message has always been it's a stepping stone in the right direction, AND that it needs to be improved upon, aka fixed. ALWAYS.

why are you asking about Democrats now when Republicans control the Three (3) levels of government AND they've been screaming for 7 years, yes SEVEN, that's how long they've been opposing it, stop flinging poop by talking about reading the damn bill, and they've not done ONE thing to do even what they said. What you should be asking is...is the Republican answer to the American healthcare situation BETTER or WORSE than Obamacare.

Here's a seldom acknowledged reality.....

Conservatives in congress have considerably withheld payments from HC insurers who are dealing with people with pre-existing conditions (as the ACA mandated.)

So, what do these crooked HC insurers do? They threaten to pull out of some states' market which then prompts these same conservative scum buckets to shout, "see, some states are down to one health insurer".....withholding the truth as to why they're pulling out.

Meanwhile CEO of these same HC insurers demand a salary of about $1 million per week while crying that they can't cover an infant with diabetes.

Threaten a single payer option and ALL of these insurers will abide with what this country is supposed to deliver as a RIGHT and not a privilege....
