With respect to Illegal Aliens and other non-citizens without a valid green-card status...
01. those facing serious criminal charges are transferred to Federal control then tried by Federal tribunal rather than juries
02. those convicted by tribunal serve their sentences in Federal custody and are deported upon release from prison
03. those found not guilty by tribunal are merely deported
04. all taxpayer-funded social and educational and medical and welfare services and benefits end immediately
05. Sanctuary Jurisdictions ( Cities, Counties, States, etc. ) have their share of Federal distributions frozen
06. leadership of Sanctuary Jurisdictions are criminally charged for repudiating or circumventing Federal immigration law
07. Statutes are quickly passed on the Federal level and backed fast-track by SCOTUS to penalize Illegal-hiring employers
08. a brief, modest grace period is provided, then enforcement begins; gradually increasing penalties for repeat offenses
09. a sizable tax-credit is provided to anyone reporting violations to DHS - credits on multiple years for Big Catch tips
10. notice is given that en masse deportations with minimal oversight by Federal tribunals begin in two years
11. owners of real estate are given the full two years in order to sell-off property at a fair market price
12. non-propertied persons are given one year or eighteen months or some-such shorter grace period
13. minor children born in the US are released to their parents custody - if they leave, they can return after turning 18 or 21
14. everybody else just goes after a brief glance by a Federal tribunal as a minimal safeguard against wrongful deportation
15. countries that refuse to take-back their own citizens are forced to comply after we simply dump them on their beaches
16. we finish building a high-quality and formidable Southern Wall and equip the entire length with suitable technologies
17. we declare a 4-year or 8-year or 10-year moratorium on ALL immigration with a handful of rigidly monitored exceptions
18. we undertake a severe and draconian cut-back on asylum applications and processing and send some elsewhere
19. we issue seasonal work-permits when in our interest but each worker must agree to an ankle bracelet or chipping
20. anyone found violating work permit conditions or expiration is criminally charged and tried by Federal tribunal
21. those found to be trafficking drugs or human beings is criminally charged and tried by Federal tribunal
...and on and on and on... but most of the above should go a very long way towards dissipating this plague of locusts.

First, once you start gathering them, many will self deport.
These people are invaders and subject to federal law. If a state refuses to help, there might be repercussions. If a state gets in the way, there WILL BE repercussions.

There’s a lot of work to do and really only 24 months to do it in.
I can’t stress it enough, EXTREME action WAY outside the box will need to be taken….No pathway on the books right now will work.
