They seem to have a hardon for Elon, ever since he bought Twitter. Joining team Trump sent them over the edge. He's a bad billionaire. In contrast to their good billionaires, Oprah, Pritzker, Bloomberg ...Not just to Elon but to all makers of electric cars. But Elon is perfectly okay with Trump ending that $7500 subsidy given every American who buys an electric car. He (Elon) will likely again reduce the price of Teslas but will hope to continue to have good productivity with increased sales. Most of Elon's profits with Tesla are overseas anyway where the $7500 subsidy doesn't apply.
Big difference between supporting an industry instead of a specific company. So why are you whining about MAGA? You sound a bit delusional.
If I purchase insurance from a healthy insurance company then it's up to them to cover my claims. I don't understand denying claims. Isn't that why we buy insurance? You can choose if you want to buy a Tesla or not. You can choose to order from Amazon or not. You can choose if you want health inurance or not or what health insurance company you want.
Free market at work. She charges more than she needs to be blessed with her entertainment, robbing people of their hard earned money.
Another failed far rightwing Republican attempt at virtue signalling.I'm a CEO.
I offer this so that the uneducated leftists here can hate me even more.
They don’t want to pay out anymore than they have to. You can be sure they have teams of accountants scrutinizing every claim looking for every loophole they can find.If I purchase insurance from a healthy insurance company then it's up to them to cover my claims. I don't understand denying claims. Isn't that why we buy insurance?
I know. You only want to murder some of them, the rich ones. You know that's just goofy, right
There are many reasons for denied claims. Denying a claim is not a capital offense worthy of the death penalty. If I purchase insurance from a healthy insurance company then it's up to them to cover my claims. I don't understand denying claims. Isn't that why we buy insurance?
The free market economy works all ways, not just for celebrities.Free market at work.
What are you, some kind of commie?!??
Yes. Anybody who strays off their 'plantation' is evil. They seem to have a hardon for Elon, ever since he bought Twitter. Joining team Trump sent them over the edge. He's a bad billionaire. In contrast to their good billionaires, Oprah, Pritzker, Bloomberg ...
Not saying it is. Its wrong. so dont get defensive. If I pay for insurance then the company should only deny the blatantly obvious bad claims. Everything else is automatically covered. There are many reasons for denied claims. Denying a claim is not a capital offense worthy of the death penalty.
Certainly you should be able to tell the difference. The left are constantly railing against mulit-millionaire and billionaire CEO's, constantly claiming that they got rich off the backs of working people but doesn't that also apply to millionaire and billionaire Hollywood, sports, music, and other celebrities? Don't they get rich off the backs of working people as well? I won't mention any particular names due to recent events but there are several multi-millionaire or billionaire Hollywood, sports, music, and other celebrities who wouldn't be rich but for taking huge sums of money off the backs of working people. Why do they get a pass but company CEO's don't?
Agreed that they, Major Athletes and Major Entertainers, are overpaid, but they EARN it.You mean they don't get rich from the little people paying them super high prices for their product?
While I haven't personally had any real issues with health insurance companies over a 50 year period that I can remember, I did know someone once who worked for one and at that time they were paid bonuses for denying grey area claims, hoping the insureds wouldn't fight it.Not saying it is. Its wrong. so dont get defensive. If I pay for insurance then the company should only deny the blatantly obvious bad claims. Everything else is automatically covered.
No one forces you to buy their products and or services. What are you babbling about?I'm sure there are lots of similarities, but the main difference is athletes and Hollywood types made and maintain their riches by supplying entertainment that each of their fans can individually choose whether they will pay for. If the public doesn't like them, their money goes away. CEOs make theirs by manipulating the market and taking advantage of loopholes and grants that aren't available to the average person. They don't have to satisfy the public. They just have to satisfy the small number of people that regulate their business. Fewer regulations mean a smaller amount of people for them to satisfy.
How was that comment “far right wing”?Another failed far rightwing Republican attempt at virtue signalling.
And, if you buy things on Amazon that is your choice. If you buy a Tesla that is your choice. If you use a bank that is your choice. If you have health insurance, that is your choice.Certainly you should be able to tell the difference.
Sorry that you can't.
I LOVE Sports, Music, and Entertainment. My Choice.
I am NOT one of those that boycott shit because someone made it political.
If I want to spend $100 per ticket to go Listen to music, your political views aren't going to sway me.
If I want to travel to another City and see a ball game, that's MY Choice.
I went to Pittsburgh and Detroit this summer....well worth MY money.
AS much as I love Sports, these athletes are OVERPAID. Sorry, I have my opinion.
CEO's, same feeling, overpaid.
