According to the New York Times, Democrats want legislation to prevent President Trump from firing Mueller. Why on earth would they do that unless they are so politically inept that it hurts?

Leave him alone and let him do his worst. We already have strong evidence of obstruction of justice when he fired Comey and bragged about it to the Russians. If he fires Mueller, it's just icing on the cake and an overwhelming admission of guilt.

Please, Democrats, grow a brain and back off of this bad idea that protects Trump from himself.
