Two committees at Arab Parliament have called on the Arab League members to sever "all direct and indirect contacts with Israel" over Tel Aviv's "ethnic cleansing" policy.
During a two-day convention in Damascus, the Foreign Affairs and Policy Committee and the National Security Committee proposed, called on member states to sever all ties with the Israeli regime in protest at the expulsion policy it has been practicing in the West Bank.
The committees pointed to Tel Aviv's latest decision to expel tens of thousands of West Bank Palestinians, describing it as a "new chapter of ethnic cleansing."
