Why?

1. over a period of decades since the end of WW2, national elites of the countries became closer to each other then to the nations they govern, developing their power elite club of sorts. (Globalisation)
2. At some point along this development they decided it's time to separate those who can and should govern from the great unwashed masses on a global scale. (World New Order/World Government)
3. Since then, the elites, directed from the US, developed a strategy of how to achieve it -- eloquently explained by Zbigniew Kazimierz Brzezinski in his work "The Grand Chessboard American Primacy And It's Geostrategic Imperatives" where the world became a chessboard, the nations of the world -- no more then the pieces, and the US was the only player.

4. After you read it you can be of no doubt that the US is following this plan, diligently destabilising the world and throwing whole nations into a bloodbath and ruin.
Unconventional WW3 begun.
5. The war on Syria is one of the final steps before US/global elite club attack on Iran; and the final act would be an attack on China and Russia.
And now do a little bit of thinking:
if the global government will achieve what it is after, what incentive would it have to look after the "great unwashed masses" of the USA? Even now, when it needs you as a battering ram it is not in a hurry to look after your economic well-being, or your health, or your social order... once you will do your job of destroying the world, you will outlive your usefulness and will have to live lives of those whom you arrogantly consider "third world toilet" now.
That was "if" global government will succeed!
But what if "great unwashed masses" of other nations will mess up US plans (as it already happened on so many small occasions) and will bring the war into the US? Look, what Katrina did to you, do you think you would be able to cope with what you are now dishing up to the other nations?! And since you, ordinary American men and women, are WILLINGLY destroying other people's homes and murdering and robbing them, how much compassion and mercy do you think you can count on from your current victims?..
