April Fools Pranks via phone???

Anybody have any ideas about some pranks that can be done via the phone or email to a friend for April Fools Day?

I have a friend who is an older lady and loves poop related humor/bathroom humor, but not the gross stuff.
Since we work from home now and not in the office, it's difficult to find a prank to pull on her every year.

^^^ Amen to that. That right there is the big reason why I don't try to "get" people. Sometimes the best thing to do is to let a sleeping dog lie.
