ACV has health benefits, and fermentation provides beneficial bacteria for your health, you have to feed those good bacteria in your stomach because they are puttin' in work.

But, it seems that Bragg's is not what it has been. This guy relays customers opinions of how Bragg's has changed since they got bought out, so consider using another brand (I have a half full bottle that I purchased before they got bought out)

Been there, done that.

Yes, it is good for your gut. But you CAN over do it.

I take a tablespoon full in really cold water when I get sick or have a stomach bug.
I take that for 3 days in a row and it usually works.

Aside from that, I just eat a lot of pickles and pickled veggies.

It's better to add it in with warm water. For an additional health benefit you can sweeten it with Manuka honey.
