Form letters citing the lack of ability and skills seems totally disrespectful of the working class. I can get the need to cut back on bloated government agencies and those which we cannot afford, but insulting the folks in such manner as they're pushed out the door is uncalled for and classless.

That's why many were classed as probationary. Many positions require training and on job training to see if the new hire can perform to requirements of the job.

Ability and skills are what employers in the real world are looking for. Too long the government has used anything but those qualities, hence the rise of the DEI rip-off.
