That form, called a 1099-K, also goes to the IRS.

Starting next year, the federal threshold for issuing the 1099-K will drop to $600 with no minimum transaction level, due to a provision in the recently enacted American Rescue Plan Act. (Some states already have lower minimums.)

Okay, then from what I am reading you understand that he is not responsible as nothing you posted shows as much. Saying disparaging things about an individual is not the same as telling someone to riot. That is absurd. However, he did tell them to remain peaceful and to go home.

Doesn't matter if he is saying things about anyone, that is not asking for riots. Do you blame the democrats for the Scalise shooting, or Hodgkinson for pulling the trigger? If you want to be consistent you need to push for those that swayed or influence Hodgkinson to be prosecuted for their part. I assume you blame Hillary Clinton for the riots in Chicago? Or Maxine Watters for the violence caused to Trump supporters?
