AOC refuses to turn over documents to the House Ethics Committee, misses the deadline to do so.

So when is US AG Garland going to authorize the RAID on AOC's home to seize the documents due to her refuse to turn them over fast enough?

LOL Talk about a fishing expedition. From your own link:

"[T]he Committee provides a 30-day grace period before fines are levied. The Congresswoman plans to file before the period expires," a spokesperson told the Washington Examiner.

If Ocasio-Cortez fails to produce the financial reports by the end of the grace period, the fine is a mere $200.

You claim she is in negotiations with the committee to turn over the documents ... sounds familiar.

She refused to turn them over, did not do so fast enough...sounds familiar.

Sounds like a raid is 'warranted' ... going by FBI / DOJ recent precedence.

:p

Retard. I claimed no such thing. She has 30 more days according to your own link and after that a measly $200 fine. What part of that did you not get?

Do you idiots know how to read? Maybe that should be a requirement before you morons start posting.

She missed the deadline but has a 30-day window.

Trump was given only 2 weeks before an unprecedented, historic, unwarrented, heavily armed raid was conducted on his home.

The FBI has refused ro obey an order, refused to decllassify and release, fes and documents for going on 20 months.

My bet is AOC could wait more than 20 months without handing over the documents and never have to pay a fine. The 'Ethics Committee' is widely known for being a bi-partisan politician ass-covering Committee that protects politicians from both parties, except in cases of massive crimes that can neither be easily hidden or excised.
- The best reason why politicians - or govt agencies Like the FBI - should NOT be allowed to 'police' themselves.

Sure. Spin it any way you like.

The fact still remains, that AOC has 30 days and after that, she pays a fine of $200. That's it.

You can stand on your head or hold your breath till you turn green. The facts are still the facts. :itsok:

She's busy spending that 10K windfall she got from Tater......Oh wait, she makes too much now. :laughing0301:

With her 42 relatives she is supporting, her taxable income may drop below $125K. Just depends on how many of them she claims on her taxes.
