That is unless you happen to be AOC or Bernie Sanders.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) and Senator Bernie Sanders have been observed using a CL60 private jet, which costs $15,000 per hour to operate, for travel related to their speeches on fighting oligarchy and climate change. This has sparked criticism due to the apparent contradiction with their public stances on environmental issues.

The use of the private jet was noted on Earth Day, adding to the controversy as it occurred while they were advocating for environmental protection. The jet's use for their travel has been reported to cost taxpayers at least $35,000 for a single flight, with AOC taking five private jet flights in the past week, totaling over $77,000 in taxpayer expenses. These flights covered 1,954 miles and emitted about 13.4 metric tons of CO2 in April.

Jet travel is just one more indicator that we are living our lives too fast. We need to slow down and smell the roses.
