Anyone notice what was not in the CR bill?

billions to worthless solar companies
Well, that's small solace.

Hundreds of billions to solar companies or hundreds of billions for widgets, it is more new debt.

Your inflation will not go down. You dollar will eventually sink

I bet 95 pct of that went to the school lunch program
Not really. It was just a 1 year extension of the current farm bill instead of the 5 years farmers were hoping for. I believe the House dropped the year round E-15 mandate but that is the only green energy aspect I am aware of in it.

There are several green programs (mostly through various farming practices) still being funded.

Conservation Reserve Program (CRP)

What It Is

The Conservation Reserve Program (CRP), administered by the Farm Service Agency (FSA), is a voluntary program that encourages farmers and landowners to convert highly erodible and other environmentally sensitive acreage to vegetative cover, such as native grasses, trees, and riparian buffers.

Thing is it's not as "voluntary" as it's made out to be.

The government pays far too much in CRP. As a rule, they are often paying for areas that can’t be farmed anyway (waterways and such). It’s generally chalked up to “wetland remediation” ala the New Green Scam.

That's an Obama thing. Hopefully it gets sorted soon.
They were telling people what to do with their own land.
What to do with their own dug cattle ponds. Trump did away with it before, so naturally Biden was Obama 3.0
and it was all the S.O.S.

There is a point of no return, a tipping point. Trump loves to borrow and may push us over that point.

History (from Wikipedia)

[edit]
The program originally began in the 1950s as the conservation branch of the Soil Bank Program which was authorized by the Agricultural Act of 1956. The theory behind this branch of the Soil Bank Program was to focus on lands that were at high risk of erosion, remove them from agricultural production, and establish native or alternative permanent vegetative cover in an effort to counteract actual or potential erosion.
