Thinking you can take a big government and turn it into a cash cow has the one downside of if you don't feed the cow, it stops producing milk sooner or later, mainly almost immediately.

Think you might be able to alter your approach to keep the cow alive and giving milk?

Are you dependent on others to make plans for you?

How can you keep on paying people to do that on mere wages? Planners like to get paid, too?
