Anyone know why Rep. Clyburn and Rep. Bishop were subpoenaed?

Apparently not everyone follows "In the House" as closely as I do. Shame. It's a great program. The House received communications from Rep. Clyburn and Rep. Bishop that they had been subpoenaed by D.C.'s civil court. Absolutely nothing in the news or on the web about it.
