I'm 85 and love my job.Why would anyone at 65 work and say they like it? Get a life. If one is bored in retirement one is not right.

Stopped by a McD to get the G. Grandkid a happy meal and the place was being run by almost all retirees getting it done.
I don't know their circumstances, maybe they planned poorly for retirement, just want to get out of the house, etc., but I'm happy about it. I know they are getting at least $15.00 an hour.
No mistakes made, order done timely manner, and these folks were super polite.....I like the trend.
Better than the local "felons are us" KFC.
LOL.....I think the local Wendys was bought-out by a family of "soup nazis" and provides top-notch service.
I'm 85 and love my job.Ironically, it's work that keeps me young.
I do that as well; except I don't need the naps since I quit drinking and cut down on the coffee. I used to get so drowsy when driving that I would have to catch a snooze at a rest stop.Admirable. I like my hunting and fishing, and a nice nap. Lol
It's the 'geezer' look that gives them away.No. I'm 75 years old and work at a convenience store that sells fast food.
If I had seen any oldsters working there I would have noticed because I know what they look like.
