Anyone else notice a .30 cent spike in gas prices? Here's why.

I was in CA when that boondoggle was begun. SMH. WA has a carbon tax on top of their gas tax and it is supposed to increase 46 cents next year. They have put in place automatic increases each year that are based on the carbon cost per ton plus inflation. We're screwed. I can see fuel smuggling from ID becoming a cottage industry.
