I don't know about Portugal but the island of Cebu located in the central Philippines just got rocked with a whopping 6.9 under water earthquake. No Tsunami expected but one never knows.

I am actually always highly curious about developed states and countries that are NOT in the news much. That almost tells me that they are living "right" there. Otherwise MSM would find juicy crap there to talk about. What's interesting about folks just living simple, comfortable healthy lives?
