If he does come back (which I doubt) he will never be released from custody and he will be deported quickly.

I speculate that the democrats would give him a hero's welcome and erect a massive statue in his honor. Then he quickly becomes the new face of the democrat party and their chosen one to run for POTUS in 2028. This actually may be better for America as Garcia would be a better choice than AOC, Crockett and all the other dem contenders. By a country mile. Of course he will have to run against Vance or Rubio, or any number of other qualified republicans and doesn't stand a chance without massive cheating.

Does DoJ have any evidence of crimes for any of these deportees? ... then DoJ can keep them locked up in jail here in the United States ... present the suspect before the judge next day, show the judge the evidence ... this should be all procedural ... and as long as DoJ conforms to all the requirements in the written law ...

The judge will allow the deportation ... no further concern for "due process" ...

The Law says "step 1, step 2 then step 3" ... the administration can't skip to step 3 ... not until CONGRESS changes the Law ... so, we should be blaming CONGRESS ... this is ALL their fault ...

I predict he will be returned after Trump arranged an immigration judge to remove the previous judge's order that he not be deported to his home country.

The hearing will be unannounced but two or three of the most Trump deranged will be invited to attend and video.

His wife will be invited to attend, and bring a lawyer for Killmore. She will be provided a bodyguard and a counselor for battered women.

Both sides will say their piece and the judge will rule.

Then back home for the hero, so the journalists can sputter with rage.

Personally, I am happy the dems want to die on this illegal immigration hill, especially concerning Garcia. It seems to me that the dems know they have no future if they can't have massive illegal immigration. And it seems to me that everyone knows America will have no future if these democrats aren't stopped.
