This little dog will capture your heart.

People donated to get her the eye surgery she needed.

The whole Hope for Paws world mourned when she peacfully passed in 2020.

But she had 9 great years.

Do that....stop obsessing over things you can't control.

I get animal videos all the time on Facebook. Luckily my family and friends 99% of the time shy away from politics over there. Those of dogs getting belly laughs from babies are priceless.

Animals are amazing... Back when I lived in California I'd walk on the boardwalk early in the morning... I came around the corner of a crab place and there was a Pelican standing there bleeding pretty bad... when it saw me it ran towards me... At first I stepped back but it came right up to my leg... so I bent down and held its head with one hand and called animal rescue with the other...
They came fast... I couldn't believe how quick they got there... they wrapped it up with gauze and put it in their truck and drove off... I was left standing there with Pelican blood on my new running shoes...
I think about that a lot and wonder what happened to that bird... was it a shark or a boat propeller and did it survive...
