Trump was referring to how the people at the top of our military treats them like suckers.... and he is right...Obama said that way before Trump, but not that it matters.

Sure, there were a few good things done during his administration, like the vaccine project and some of his foreign policy wasn’t bad.Oh, I've stated what Trump has done wrong many times on this board.
