In the next round of elections I'm going to be running for Dictator of Pennsylvania. I will decree that henceforth, Pennsy's Electoral Votes will go to the Presidential candidate who wins the most counties in the election. The Republican will win about 64 counties; the Democrat 3 (Philadelphia, Allegheny, and possibly Bucks).
