Horrible stuff. Some guy shot up a kindergarten. Two children were hit. Gunman committed suicide.

Are five and six year old kids old enough for a weapon?

Two children shot is a "mass shooting?" I thought it required at least 4 victims to be a mass shooting?

Also is it a mass shooting still when each victim survives?

Ya know, we had State Mental Hospitals for well over a century.

We used to put career criminals in jail at one time instead of pandering for their votes, and even executed the worst of them, too. That calmed them down better than expensive therapy and expensive government drug programs.

^^^ I guess that I can still hear the kid from that Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory film. His dad said that he couldn't have a real gun until he was twelve.

Sheriff Honea said Litton spent time between Sacramento and the Chico area, but the last time the Butte County Sheriff's Office had contact with him was more than 20 years ago when he was booked on fraud charges.

His criminal history includes theft, fraud and forgery going back to the 90s and early 00s. Officials said he had clear mental health issues going back to the age of 16.
