There they go again. The leftist fake news media has been putting out false information since well before they hoodwinked thousands of people into believing the police were at fault in the Rodney King arrest 26 years ago. They've done it time and time again, causing riots, getting people killed, and causing billions in property losses.

This time it is the New York Times, and the HILL, and any other publication, who is repeating the FALSE reporting of the Times. For those of us who follow the news of cop shootings, they may remember the shooting and killing of Terrence Crutcher, by Tulsa, Oklahoma police officer Betty Shelby, in 2016. Shelby claimed that Crutcher was reaching into his SUV window (a valid reason for self-defense shooting), when she shot Crutcher.

Shelby's claim was 100% validated by a helicopter video that showed Crutcher's hand inside the SUV's window. Based on that video evidence, Shelby was exonerated from the charge of manslaughter, filed by the state of Oklahoma.

Now, Shelby was also cleared of federal civil rights charges, the US Justice Department said Friday, noting that it had found insufficient evidence to prove she had willfully used unreasonable force when she shot and killed Crutcher.

Predictably, despite video evidence showing Shelby to have acted normally and properly in self-defense, the FAKE NEWS New York Times printed this >> "Video of the episode showed Mr. Crutcher holding his hands above his head when he was shot."

This is absolutely FALSE, and the joke of a video supplied here by the Times, is carefully edited to OMIT the actual moment of the shooting, when Crutcher's hands were inside his car's window, and not held above his head.

Predictably, also is the reaction from Crutcher's family and others in the black community, now irresponsibly saying >> “Part of the problem is the bias in our system against African-Americans..."

The Times article also started off with
anti-police bias, in its very first sentence, by saying >> "A former police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black man in Tulsa, Okla., in 2016 will not face federal civil rights charges,"

Notice the use of the words "unarmed" (which under the circumstances, does not rule out self-defense), and "black" (which has no bearing, as anyone of any race would be a lethal threat by reaching into a car at police gunpoint, taking away visibility of the hands - a 100% cause for self-defense shooting).

Tulsa Police Officer Who Killed Unarmed Black Man Won’t Face Civil Rights Charges

White Oklahoma cop who fatally shot unarmed black man with his hands up won’t face civil rights charges

In this next (helicopter) video, at 1:07 on the time bar, Crutcher can be seen reaching into the vehicle, and this is right after he had appeared to have reached into his left pocket (both causes for shooting). It is easier to see if the viewer clicks the Settings symbol (lower right of screen), and click on .25 speed Also, easier on full screen.
