Because they are not protected. They can still contract it, spread it and in many places, masks are still required. The recovery rate is minimal 99.7% vs. 99.8%, so there is no logical reason for accepting an experimental therapy. IOW, they want validation. If they are proven to be STUPID, everyone should be.
