Politicians always say that, heck even Nixon said it.

Right now the DNC is looking who/whom they have that can beat Trump, and that is who they will elevate. If nobody can do it, they will keep Joe, or elevate Harris because just bypassing her only to lose anyway, is going to really piss off a lot of people.

Nixon was in a different situation, he was a dead duck when his party gave him the finger. Biden is not the same, he won the 2020 election , and he won democratic party primaries, at least on paper. Can DNC give him the finger?
