And so it begins.

Since when is taking a point of view different from the prez's violate the law? Would you defend Biden if he tried to cancel Faux for lying about Dominion Voting Systems?
It doesn't. Nobody is talking about that.

The issue is when they, for example, interfere in a election by giving one side debate questions before hand things like that

trump signed it in to law.

Poor little commie, that has no bearing on it's constitutionality. Still waiting for you to show congress has the constitutional authority to pass such a law.

Or when coverage is almost universally negative for one candidate and positive for the other.

All in place prior to the election. The Constitution doesn't require a vow of poverty to be president.

.
Yes, the law trump signed was in place before this election. The one he is in violation of. It was meant to prevent the ethics violations trump is already breaking.

Putting aside the factual inaccuracy of that assertion, news outlets get to cover the news the way they want as long as they aren't breaking the law.

What would you have had Jack Smith do after the grand jury voted to indict trump?
I would of expected any lawyer that cared about the rule of law, and wasn't just a political hack, to not corrupt a Grand Jury with his illegal bogus political witch hunt

How did Smith corrupt the grand Jury?

It was updated when trump was prez. Do try to keep up.

Lastly, the measure would mandate that each agency create a succession plan for every senior non-career position by September 15 of an election year.

So it puts obligations on Biden...and according to Trump they haven't reached an agreement yet

Who said anything about breaking the law? You, that's who.

the legal system went after him in a blatant attempt to influence the election
The system of justice responded to his alleged crimes exactly as it was designed to do. Evidence was presented to grand juries, they voted to indict, indictments were issued. I'm sure you agree the pursuit of justice should not have been suspended because trump decided to run again for the purpose of avoiding accountability for his crimes.

Then what pretense does he have for taking broadcast licenses away besides not liking the coverage of him?

because he was illegally appointed. He had no business in front of a GJ to begin with
You're going in circles. What bearing does trump's judge's ruling on Smith's appointment have on the evidence presented to the grand juries?

What did you fail to understand about the separation of powers? The fact is, the law is unconstitutional on it's face.
If trump wants to challenge the constitutionality of the law he signed I'm sure his court will hear the case. He hasn't. Therefore he is still bound by its conditions.

It is the timing that is suspect. And yes, I believe that he would not be facing charges today if he had said, "The heck with it, I'm out of here".

Your excuses are becoming more outlandish.

You have it backwards. The reason he declared his candidacy was to be able to claim the inevitable indictments he knew were coming (because the evidence was so compelling) were attempts at election interference.
