I can't find it, but i'd heard that Obama wanted to keep at least some troops there longer, but that the Iraqi govt would not agree to give them immunity from Iraqi laws if they did. So there was no way he could do what he wanted to and keep them there and take any chances of them being prosecuted for something in that country. Did anyone else hear of this or know where to find it??

I just love how everything that was put in place by Pres. Bush is now coming into play....and dear Obama gets to take credit.
