No different laws. When was the last time you were in one?

I'm referring to "street" laws.

In the ghetto drivers don't have to pull over to talk to someone on the sidewalk, they just stop in the street and make everyone else drive around them.

They also have the law of violent retribution, even for what others would deem minor offenses, which is often carried out by shooting people from their vehicles.

They also are allowed to shoot people that they don't know and haven't done them any harm. They especially like to shoot children.

Look at the dumb young men and women the black community produces. Now look at the young Asian men and women.

Asian moms are known for being tough. I also don’t think Asian kids have a fatherlessness problem. That might make a difference.

You had intact households and education standards when the Chinese were in dire poverty, though.
