An argument for criminalizing LGBT and transgender media

Pity you can't make laws based solely on biblical laws.

Are you willing to live without cheeseburgers?

Also, driving on Saturday, wearing wool with linen, and pre-marital sex?
Who's making an argument for Iron Age theocracy or monarchy here? Not me.

And I rarely eat cheeseburgers, if it's all the same to you.

And I replied to him.
The constitution can NOT, be EASILY, changed.

If that's the case, there should be no grounds for illegality for having sex with animals or prostitutes.
Sad to see another CRC that cannot tell the difference.

Having never been engaged in perverted sex, of course it's all the same to me, LDA. Perhaps you could explain the difference, seeing as how you've had more expertise in that field?

Fatherly love. Obviously you have a sick, perverted, dirty mind, don't you?

i didn't say a word. but you went there too. why is that, huh?

Probably because of the fact that I was one a liberal like yourself. I know what you're thinking, mang.

Women usually don't molest underage boys so we have to consider the relationship between homosexuals and the kids they supervise. No woman in her right mind would ever leave her underage daughter alone with a strange man but modern culture has forced mothers (and fathers) to disregard their instincts and allow overt homosexuals to supervise their underage boys or risk criticism from the liberal left.

There is no valid reason to criminalize the legal activities of consenting adults.

You thinking it is "yucky" is not valid grounds.

If that's the case, there should be no grounds for illegality for having sex with animals or prostitutes.

I don't see why prostitution is illegal.

As for animals, they cannot give informed consent. So that is an excellent reason.

There is no sound argument when you want to wipe your ass with the Constitution.
The beauty of the Constitution is that it can easily be changed, as well as rendered culturally irrelevant under the changing legal whims and tides.

As far as Britain is concerned, I believe that they don't have to bother with Constitutional shenanigans like "freeze peach" and the misinterpretations thereof - at least in the sense that Americans so, nor other Commonwealth nations, so shutting down said media on a national basis should be a much easier legal feat than it sadly would be here.

Shut it down, and just classify all LGBT groups and cults which promote the ideas above as criminal or terrorist organizations for all I care. Profile them, contact their employers, and have them fired from their jobs for peddling their snake oil to children.

What constitution can be easily changed? Certainly not the U.S. constitution. I suspect your article is copy and paste so no link.
Amendments can be repealed, including the first.
You should work on that....I'm sure there's many CRCs that would agree with you.
Would be delighted to do it, here would be some of the proposed changes:

1. Use of fighting words online banned and enforced via surveillance.

2. Use of the word "treason" and "Constitution" banned unless it conforms to legal parameters.

3. Use of the words "Christian, Bible, Jesus" and so forth

4. Use of the words "America or American" banned in all propaganda and advertisement, along with associated words and advertisement such as "Patriot".

5. Blasphemy laws instituted and enforced.

6. Sex in mass media and advertisement banned unless it conforms to what a reasonable person would consider tasteful depiction.

7. References to "men / masculinity / boys" or "women / femininity / feminism / girls" banned unless substantiated by some context rooted in serious anthropological or biological discussion.

8. Use of the word "rape" banned unless it conforms to legal definitions thereof, as well as other words such as "pedophile", "child molester / predator, and so forth". Libel laws broadened and enforced via surveillance. (e.x. usage of words such as "crime / criminal" banned unless they are associated with legal definitions thereof)

7. Usage of the words "capitalism and socialism" banned; use of the words "communist", Nazi or 'fascist" unless they conform to some serious historical definition thereof.

8. Usage of the world "hell" banned unless it conforms to serious theological discussions on the topic of historical significance

9. Usage of the words "racist, racism, sexism, misogynist, misandrist, homophobe, or homophobic, oppressed, "white" banned unless they conform to some definition substantiated by law, rather than opinion and gossip.

10. Usage of the word "science or "scientists" in marketing, propaganda, or advertising banned, usage of psychological or scientific jargon in non-psychological, scientific, or legal contexts banned.

11. Usage of racial slurs banned.

12. Usage of terms 'left right' banned unless they conform to some definition substantiated by political philosophy, rather than mass media or propaganda.

13. Usage of the word "child" or "children" banned unless substantiated by legal definitions thereof.

14. Usage of words "authoritarian or totalitarian or tyranny" banned unless substantiated by actual historical definitions and governmental systems thereof.

15. Usage of words related to "drugs" banned unless they conform to an illegal definition thereof.
---

This is a nice list for starters. Via the information age, and the technology available at our fingertips to implement this on a local, state, or national scale, it may very well be implementable.

ot sure on that one, I met a pedophile once online who boasted about supposedly having sex with 80 women,

Anyone who boasts about having sex with 80 women, hasn't slept with 8.
Right, he was supposedly messing around with a woman almost young enough to be his daughter, and dumb enough to admit that.

As long as the woman was above the age of consent, it is not illegal. Especially if she is over 21. My daughter will be 34 in a few months. If I slept with a 30 year old, am I guilty of pedophilia?

Prostitution isn't the "victimless crime" it's made out to be. There's always human trafficking, drugs, and wrecked lives involved.

I believe we could make a sound argument for criminalizing LGBT or transgender media, including social media on the following grounds:

1. Promotion of conspiracy theories
trump-tweet-birther.jpg

trump-behind-bars.jpg
Nope, I'd be fine with that one. It's the specific conspiracy theories which I'm talking about that I'd be at odds with and adverse to.

YOu not liking something is not grounds for making it a criminal act. YOu should get used to that idea.

Right, he was supposedly messing around with a woman almost young enough to be his daughter, and dumb enough to admit that.

Fooling around with younger women isn't pedophilia... it's just inequity.

Actual pedophiles are attracted to children (boys and girls) well below the age of consent. Typically, before puberty.
Right, I've had consensual sex with women and don't find that "hooking up" is a worthy life goal or pursuit as I did when I was younger, this is unrelated to what I'm describing.

Not really. YOu are presenting the idea for criminalizing something, without any actual grounds. Seems the same.

Not when it's just a footnote in history.

Traditions are fleeting, and all of them easily changed and subordinated to higher intelligence and mathematics when all is said and done in the grand spectrum of the cosmos.

Places where prostitution is legal have far fewer problems with human trafficking and wrecked lives. The drugs are a problem in their own right. Far more often they are the cause of prostitution, not the other way around.

Not when it's just a footnote in history.

Which it will never be.

If you think you could get enough people to have the votes necessary to amend the US Constitution to remove freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, and the freedom to peaceably assemble and the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances, you are delusional.

No politician would dare try, and the American people would not stand for it.

The Constitution, nor the legal doctrines of any nation, are not quite as sacred as superstitious people might imagine them, nor were they to the framers, or the theorists of law and government, such as Holmes.

and the more you let folks run their pie holes, the more they discredit themselves ,proving it's effectiveness
