Amy Coney Barrett contradicting her self?

Justice Barrett has made recent conflicting statements. This is interesting. Some have said that Chuck Schumer's organized protests at conservative justices homes rattled and scared her.....probably the goal. I noticed her gaze when Trump walked past the SCOTUS crowd at SOTU....definitely nervous. She has also ticked off certain people when she doesn't rule the way they think she should. I don't buy into that line of thought.....sooner or later they all won't vote the way one wants.
So here are examples of two recent opinions on the same issue, disturbing at the least.

Article III came into being so we could have a totes non-political arm of the US Government. It is NOT a co-equal Branch of government. Period. It offers opinions and they are unenforceable except at the will of the Executive Branch. How many Divisions does SCOTUS have?

But it is, completely and totally and absolutely the Deep State. Top to Bottom, Inside and Out, The Judicial Branch IS The Deep State.

The Judiciary exemplifies everything that is wrong with this Country. Time for a re-vamp. COTUS sez we gotta have a SCOTUS so..... Here it is --

It would be an improvement over what we have now. The American People have completely lost faith in SCOTUS and -- It is 100% their fault.

They're slow, indecisive, political and dishonest about it. So -- What's the point in having one? Except to satisy Article III -- And Alfred can do that quite well

For the most part, Progressive judges are adherents to the Communist realm. When a non-communist comes to the Senate we for some reason never get the conservative. Or one's just like the Prog communists only totally opposite. These judges will destroy the country sticking to principles in the same nation that is half progressive socialist communist now.

In the court hearing, the issue was district judges needed the opportunity for national injunctions in issues involving primary constitutional rights...

Or a way for those cases to be expedited to the Supreme Court so not to cause harm to the masses....

As example if Obama via executive order declared some sort of Emergency, and through E/O banned the sales of all guns and ammo, and through E/O had the govt confiscate all of your guns....

Suits against Obama would hit all the district courts one by one by people all over the country claiming that E/O was unconstitutional and broke their 2nd amendment rights...which imo would break the 2nd.

If you banned nationwide injunctions on a primary constitutional issue, a district court could not be a stop to the confiscation for the whole nation at once....each district would need their own court case stop it in their own district only...it prolongs the harm to American citizens....when it would be an unconstitutional move by Obama for all districts, nationwide.

What are you talking about? She complained about judge shopping lawyers who abuse the system. She didn’t say the system sucks. It’s tough to rely on the good intentions of officials. We are finding out the presidency was only contained by the restraint of the office holder. Trump fucked that up..
