I know there have been cases brought here and there but I find it interesting that the ABA is the one who's bringing suit. I consider that a very good thing.
We were brought up as children to strive to do well in school and get good grades so that we could earn a place in a good college or university. And that upon graduation we could look forward to obtaining and working in a good job or career, thereby paving the way for the rest of the things that come with adulthood - a nice home, a spouse, children etc. That's how our parents did it as well as all of the other family members.
I heard someone say that the reason Trump destroys everything is because he knows he can't compete on a level playing field where everyone is trusted. So he causes chaos and destruction and by doing so, he's attempting to neutralize the advantages others have that he doesn't.
