Almost no one would believe in evolution if they weren't taught or indoctrinated to believe it

Most people believe in evolution because they've been taught or indoctrinated into believing it was true. Just as if they had been born in ancient times and were taught that the earth was flat, they'd be believing that as well.

So there's no reason to believe it, unless maybe you discovered it yourself. And most of you haven't.

Same thing goes for silly ass things like dirt and rib bones.

It’s ironic you frame this as indoctrination, because the exact same logic applies to religion. People usually believe the faith they were taught, not one they discovered independently.

The difference is that evolution isn’t just a story passed down; it’s a framework built from millions of hours of observation, testing, and cross-checking in biology, genetics, geology, and paleontology. The evidence works together like pieces of a puzzle, and anyone can examine those pieces for themselves.

If you’d been born anywhere on Earth and studied life scientifically, you’d still arrive at evolution, because it explains the data better than anything else we’ve found.

The two main beliefs of our existence is godly creation and evolution.
You are attacking one, while not attacking the other. Even though there is more evidence for evolution.
There is no physical evidence of God, and that is coming from somebody that believes in God, though not in a monotheistic Abrahamic way. God can only be felt on a spiritual level. It can't be observed or measured at all.

Saying there is more evidence for evolution doesn't do it justice. There is literally millions of hours of research that supports evolution with physical, tangible evidence.

You could say the same about many things: atoms, black holes, quantum mechanics, and God.

You can literally watch random evolution in real time in fly experiments, given their limited life spans. Also what do you reckon the common cold and flu viruses are doing every year?
Some of them somehow don't believe micro evolution that we can observe directly is evidence of macro evolution. They think micro evolution exists, but macro level creatures were created by God without evolution. Lol

So what is the problem with believing in the flat Earth?

This is a dumb thread.

Nobody would believe in quantum mechanics either, if they weren't taught about it.

Duh.
