Alleged active duty female soldier in uniform blasts trump at anti ICE protest in Dallas

Well, it is at a immigration protest so just saying you are a lesbian likely won't get the attention of the press.

I saw videos of the Austin protest. I can agree on letting them have their march as they really need to do some exercise to lose weight.

Freedom of speech, do you think it is not for soldiers?

It's well established that while members of the Armed Forces retain the right of free speech, that speech can be limited in terms of military and political matters.

But she is not active duty (per the OP article), so it's not really relevant.

If she is serving the "inactive" portion of her enlistment, she is still bound to support the commander in chief. There is not enough info in the article to determine either way.

If she is inactive she is NOT bound to support the Commander In Chief.

He speech AGAINT the CIC can be limited if she is subject to the UCMJ, but limiting public criticism in uniform does not mean they are required to support.

Inactive reserve military are still bound by the terms of their contract. You are sorely mistaken.

There has been no indication she has any reserve component remaining.

However, if you go back to post #25, you will see how I already pointed out that reservists can for something still be subject to the UCMJ.

So not, I'm not mistaken.

Furthermore, there is no indication that she isnt currently ACTIVE military. If i see someone in full uniform, i assume they are absolutely active.

The indication is in the article in the OP.

Hell the preview in the OP shows "ex-soldier".
