Alleged active duty female soldier in uniform blasts trump at anti ICE protest in Dallas

Inactive reserve military are still bound by the terms of their contract. You are sorely mistaken.
That is correct. Because I was an officer, my IRR never expired, and they asked me if I wanted to come back to active duty after 7 years in an inactive reserve status. Unfortunately, I could not go due to health issues. I wanted back in a heartbeat as they forced me out the first time. I wanted my 20.

IRR status only means that the soldier agreed to be called up during a certain amount of time after their ETS (end time in service) date.

If she's IRR, then this doesn't mean shit. Unless someone wants to call her out for inciting insurrection.
If she is on IRR status, she can be involuntarily recalled and given an OTH discharge. That screws her VA benefits.

Since she is wearing her uniform in an attempt to persuade active members of the military to refuse lawful orders, she could be charged with sedition, which can carry a 20 sentence, but her little stunt hardly deserves that much attention.

Sedition is the illegal act of inciting people to resist or rebel against the government in power. It's what the southern states did at the start of the Civil War. Sedition is the rebellious talk and encouragement that might lead to a mutiny, and can be charged as a crime, like treason.

So why aren't you required to return your uniforms when you are discharged?
You aren't! I still have my dress uniforms, and my mess dress uniform. They are hanging in the closet behind me. I intended to wear my uniform at my daughter's commissioning as I could have sworn her into the Army.

Uniforms are Army issued.
Your first set if you are enlisted. Officers are given a miniscule clothing allowance that pays for about half the uniforms you need. I had to buy my daughter's Army officer uniforms, and she paid me back. I made a special trip to Pensacola to buy my uniforms before I received my commission. I got to keep my NROTC uniforms but most of them were no longer serviceable except my dress uniforms. I was lucky as I could change my enlisted service dress uniforms to officer, so I actually had three sets.

Why can I go to my local Army-Navy surplus store and purchase a uniform or field jacket with the stripes or bars on them and wear them if I wish?
Are the stripes or bars accurate to your service? If not, they should be removed. I have a pair of Army surplus BDU pants from the early 2000s. but they do not have my rank listed anywhere.

They were. But that was years ago and I no longer have the item.

Leave it to the lying bastards in the media to focus on a possibly fake Soldier while we are celebrating the legacy of all the great American members of the Military who died to make the 1st Amendment possible.

Well they need to start telling folks that at time of discharge, I see guys wearing BDU pants, shirts and jackets all the time.

Enlisted receive a uniform allowance once a year as well, not sure how much it is these days.
