Get your list of excuses for why Trump gets stomped on by Clinton, Vagifail!
In March 1980 Ronald Reagan was polling 33% to Jimmy Carter's 58%, 6 months later in Nov. 1980 Reagan WON 44 states and became president... Trump is doing MUCH BETTER than Reagan at the same time in the campaign...BUT don't let HISTORY get in your way, Bullshitter!

2 days ago ... Republican elites are very concerned this year that Donald Trump can not beat Hillary Clinton or Socialist Bernie Sanders in a general election.
So this is your argument for Cruz winning the nomination? Cruz is going to come roaring back and win more delegates because all the polls saying Trump is leading the nomination are wrong?
I mean, if the polls are wrong for Trump losing the general, they are also wrong for Trump winning the nomination, right?
Or are you just selectively picking things that is convenient to you?
Of course, it's the last one.
In more relevant history that isn't 40 years old, McCain and Romney trailed for most of the campaign and lost. And both had most of their party behind them, unlike Trump. Neither of them tore their party apart. Neither of them alienated most of the people who already weren't supporting them. But you keep telling yourself that the candidate with highest negatives ever recorded, the one whose own party leaders said they could never support, will win the general.
