All the performers who canceled shows at Trump's Kennedy Center

Hello:

Normally I really respect your opinion, however on the issue of Trump, I really have to agree with White (whom I normally disagree with), and one major reason is his recent unjustifiable abduction of Maduro. Regardless of whether Maduro was a good president for his country, your country is not at war with Venezuela, as such, you really have no right to go into a sovereign country like that, and friggin abduct their leader. To me this is thug-like behavior, honestly.
Maduro was an unelected thug. He was not 'A President' he was a thug dictator sending illegal drugs and criminals into the U.S.

Thanks for the response, however: 1. It should not be the US' business that he was a dictator to his people. Your country is not the world's police; and 2. I would be careful reading about another country through your country's MSN, whose journalistic integrity has not been 100% proven, and relying on them to learn about a country whose culture and language you are unfamiliar with, is perhaps not the wisest; and lastly, I am sure there are other countries who are guilty of sending drugs and criminals into your country too, so why aren't you sending troops there to abduct their leader/s? That's right, it's because they don't have resources like oil that your country's elites want to pillage.

I don't put much stock in the MSN, they are owned by one party, the Democrats. The news is left slanted, always. I get info from other sources that are not part of the legacy media (MSN) in the U.S. Today, there are plenty of alternate, more balanced sources of news that are outpacing the viewership of the MSN. People want fair reportage not political news. I tend to take in some MSN and various other more right leaning sources along with a few I know to be factual and middle of the road.

I feel the exact same way.

Very intriguing. Do you mind sharing these more balanced, alternative news? I have been meaning to find such news. I really have very little trust in the MSM. Too biased, and agenda-driven.

Yep.

Oh yes, I think that's a good approach. Another thing I like to do is read/consume broadly, and then compare the content, because I find that this way, I get a better sense of what reality/truth really is. If one source is lying, and others aren't, not only will I be alerted to the lying, it also tells me what news to cross off from my list from now on.

So yea, please kindly share with me news sources that are you trust.

Bill O'Reilly has a website but you can watch him on You Tube. He is the most objective I have seen and his viewership exceeds the MSN. Bill O'Reilly is the first one I have seen that exposed Roy Singham (a rich American Marxist in Shanghai) who funds a network of far left organizations funding the Minneapolis rioters.

News Nation is a good one. Fox News is left of center but have some right leaning programs. I like Megyn Kelly (You Tube). Piers Morgan has many debates on You Tube and tends to have both sides shooting it out.

There are a lot of right leaning videos out there that counter balance the legacy media, CNN, etc. as well.

Thanks, Leo.

Just further illustrates, most of the country has a low, even negative approval of Trump, and even higher disapproval of him renaming The Kennedy Center. They simply refuse to work for his organization, as they individually disapprove, as is their right. Think nothing of it. It is certainly not the first venue, he has had control of, that had difficulties after he came into control. Look at his bankruptcies. I have never been in a position, where I so needed work, that I had to work for people or a person I considered an asshole. And, of course, I am not a communist either. My history, showing me in support of the country, the Constitution, the rule of law, our flag, our military, even serving honorably in multiple countries, Enlisted and Officer. Normal people simply denounce your false labeling as fake news, base on your own partisanship, knowing you have no understanding of communism as a defined word.
now I've gotta clean my computer screen because of the fine spray of mist "spit" splattered all over it because of the pronounced lisp in your post ..

Hey Leo, hope you don't mind that I want to share a few things with you.

So I looked up Bill O'Reilly, one of the news sources you mentioned. I believe that he was a conservative political commentator, however, I just watched a vid where he interviewed DHS' McLaughlin. How come I got the impression that he was not the friendliest towards her? The interview sort of gave me the impression that he was a left-winger and he was putting the heat on someone from the federal government. Another thing is, I read that he got fired from Fox due to some sexual misconduct suit. I don't know if this is fake news/smear campaign though. What do you make of that?

Another question, if you don't mind: What do you think of Tucker Carlson? Is he trustworthy too?

Thanks.

O'Reilly doesn't pull punches. He is just as tough on the right as he is on the left that's why I recommended him. He was on Fox but was never a conservative commentator. He supposedly used some rude language toward a women at Fox and got accused of sexual harassment. Fox supposedly paid 'settlements' to the women and let O'Reilly go. He publicly denied the allegations and said his firing was a 'hit job.' The NYT was involved in the reportage. He is doing far better now with his one man broadcast. BTW O'Reilly does not broadcast on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Carlson has some good videos but I find them a bit too long and focused on some stuff that is not interesting to me. Catch 'Lefties Losing It' on SkyNews. Also, Kerri Lane has a good podcast.

Maduro was an unelected thug who was sending drugs to America and stole all our oil infrastructure. Maduro was not President he just ignored the last election and the woman who won came to America. There is ongoing talks as to whether or not she will return to become the legal President of Venezuela, and she (Maria Corina Machado) is the one who gave her Nobel to Trump. Right now our CIA is running the country
