Thanks to Netflix for sending a dvd which didn't stop half-way thru...

I loved this movie. First off, the Acting was top-notch, but the story was shown in a VERY cool way. Jude Law - without going into how much of 'nice looking guy' he is - played the character perfectly. Watching Alfie's progression; his growth as a man was pretty involving. I could feel for him in many ways.

I hope they shoot a sequel.

How is Netflix? I've been thinking about joining but haven't really heard anything about them.

We're about 50-50 in terms of getting movies which aren't damaged. Other than that, they're great. We're thinking of switching to blockbuster, however, as with bb, one also gets 'video store' rentals; for those times, spur-of-the-moment when you wanna watch something.
