Man accused of running down family out for walk, opening fire, killing 3-year-old

Eaton County deputies say that a family was out for a walk around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 13 in Delta Township when a vehicle struck the family.

The child was murdered. The woman, 72, was severely beaten because she tried to aid the victims. A noble woman. If she were part of another group she would have filmed it and laughed
