Alec Baldwin, You Have a Call From OJ on Line 3

He shot killed someone, he absolutely should go behind bars. If this guy was a republican you would be screaming for life in prison.
So you agree Kim Potter, the female cop who accidentally used her gun instead of her taser should go to jail?

No, I would understand that it was an accident.

Pointing a gun at a person is intentional.

Pulling the hammer back to cock it, is intentional.

Pulling the trigger is intentional.

That's why you NEVER point guns at people you don't intend to shoot.

This is far from the first time that such an incident has occurred. In fact, many quickly compared the shooting to the 1993 death of actor Brandon Lee on the set of the action-fantasy film The Crow. Lee was killed at the age of 28 in a similar accident involving a prop gun, one of numerous fatalities on set throughout Hollywood history. Often, these accidents have been the result of negligence and failure to follow proper safety procedures, casting a shadow over many productions.
Here are some notable examples of accidental deaths that have occurred on movie sets over the years.

Lee, who was 28 at the time, was the son of the late martial-arts star Bruce Lee. He was killed after being hit by a .44-caliber slug while filming a death scene for the movie The Crow. The gun was supposed to have fired a blank, but an autopsy turned up a bullet lodged near his spine.

Lee's death in 1993 was the last recorded accidental death by a prop gun on a movie set. D.A. Spivey eventually decided against bringing charges against Crowvision, the production company making the movie.

Prop masters are in charge of a production's props before, during and shortly after filming. Along with armorers — the crew members who work with the guns on set — and stunt coordinators, prop masters coordinate with actors, producers and the director during filming.

Williams cautioned against rushing to blame anyone for what might've happened Thursday on the set of Rust.

The gun discharged when he was pulling it out of the holster. There was no pointing or pulling the trigger.

That is an outright lie. Based on WHAT he said in the self serving interview he stated that the director told him to point it at her. He is trying to claim she committed suicide in effect.

No, that is the right's MO. It would be looked at as an unfortunate accident. There would not be this false outrage.

What false outrage? He KILLED an innocent woman you fucking jackass!
