Alec Baldwin Melts Down, Threatens To ‘Snap’ Trump Impersonator’s Neck

What I am saying is that the woman's death is how SNL and Alec treated Trump and Republicans.

Shit, the people they supported tried to throw Trump in prison over nothing burgers concocted via political witch hunts, meanwhile Alec ALLEGEDLY gets away with literal murder.

If an impersonator wants to practice his first amendment rights with this Baldwin bozo, have-ats I say.

Alec Baldwin, always keepin' it classy.

Of course, he has to mention THE CHILDREN to try and maintain the illusion of some sort of moral high ground.

Because the guy who was recorded calling his own daughter "a little pig" is about as much of an example for aspiring fathers as Nancy Pelosi is to aspiring botox users.

Maybe not the greatest.

At the conclusion, the impersonator says Alec has "big balls".

But, honestly, I think this Jason Scoop guy is the one with the tremendous testicles.

And I say that as a straight cisgender male.

Once a murderer, always a murderer.

How about just leave him alone? Geez...sometimes some of these right wingers are downright embarrassing. You make yourself an ass when you so shit like this. Just leave people alone...is that too difficult?
Baldwin KILLED an innocent person and you say leave him alone.!!!! You're as sick and dangerous as baldwin.

She was a cinematographer, and a POV shot where a shooting victim watches the gun go off when pointed at him would be a plausible reason for him to do it. Not saying that's what happened, but it's a legit reason for him to shoot at her.

It was legit for him to point the gun at the CAMERA, not her. No excuse for him to thumb back the hammer and pull the trigger. Blanks are dangerous.

It was a workplace accident. I agree there should have been more safety on set, but he wasn't attempting to kill anyone...he didn't know the gun was actually loaded...

And safety precautions require that there be enough separation between the gun muzzle and anyone in the area to prevent injury from a blank round.

If she's standing behind the camera, which is where cinematographers normally stand when getting a shot, it is reasonable that she would be hit instead of the camera. Baldwin is not known for being a good shot.

This just underscores the need for every actor who handles a firearm that is capable of firing a live round to get enough training to know what's going to happen when they pull the trigger. They are the last line of defense. It is no mystery to me that accidents happen when stereotypically anti-gun actors are handed a potentially deadly weapon and told to make it go bang.

Baldwin has shown a complete lack of intelligence over the years so expecting anything that requires actual thought on his part is asking a bit much.
So expecting him to understand gun safety is way beyond him. Expecting him to respect other people is beyond him.

True, he is not known for being a towering intellect.

Not saying that's what happened, but it's a legit reason for him to shoot at her. I don't think it was murder, but the armorer got 18 months for it, which is appropriate. He should certainly not, however, be allowed to handle firearms on set without proper training on making absolutely sure he knows what's going to happen when he pulls the trigger.
.

I'd like to know how the rationale escaped them all to just have the camera standing alone, with all personnel far enough away from it for safety's sake.

Every man, woman and child who has ever had any kind of firearm in their hand needs to have had the safety training. When I went for my first shooting lesson, I was shown the poster with the four big rules of firearm safety, and then handed a practice gun that looked like this, as the instructor explained to me that it only looked like a real firearm, for the purpose of simulating the feel and action of the real thing. I immediately handled it incorrectly and got yelled at.

Children who get cap guns for Christmas need to be drilled in firearm safety!

The result of mishandling a firearm is what gives ammunition to the gun grabbers.

Just quit it!

What's ironic is that those usually whining about needing to take the guns away are the ones now whining about the rest of us being so mean to Baldwin.

The POV would have pointed at the camera, not her. He pointed the gun at her because he was pissed off that she made him do a repeat of a scene.

Not a fan of Alec Baldwin's politics. However, this "comedic bit" is in tremendously bad taste. Mr. Balwin was unfortunately involved in a terrible accident. To say that he murdered a woman is horrible and totally untrue. Judge righty, people.

Naaaawww… it was hilarious.

Gonzalo Lira risked his life telling the truth and lost it, eventually. That was journalism. This little **** is in no danger buggering Baldwin, whom I don't like either, more than that, he'd be glad if Baldwin really kicked his ass to sue him after and get a cushy reward. I wager it was his sole purpose, not the empathy for the girl.
