The Tea Party has chosen a very pie-in-the-sky approach to how they run their campaigns.

Rather than compromise what they are willing to accept - they want all or none.

When you are running on a very conservative platform, you will lose more than you win.

Moderates (I know, those wishy-washy fence sitters) will always have the upper hand.

I was surprised ... and frankly disappointed because I wanted the gop to continue splintering through 2016.

This one had to hurt the Tea Party.
Here they are in a very conservative state taking on an "Establishment Republican" candidate and they lose. Ouch
