Now that Health Care is a function of Government, we will be obligated to prioritize our spending and stop diverting cash from Cancer Research and prevention to homosexuals artificially having children. It is an incredible waste of our resources, especially considering HIV, AIDs and Cancer Research suffers when our few dollars are transferred to homosexuals so they can artificially have children.

I am surprised that people would condone using our budget for health care so frivolously.

only 32% of Alabama supports gay marriage.
41 counties are currently defying the unconstitutional order handed down from the Federal government and refusing to issue homosexual marriage licenses.
an Alabama judge said yesterday he will not issue homosexual marriage licenses but today said he will.
he says "the dust has settled" and soon the federal government (probably the Supreme Court) will legalize gay marriage nation wide.
folks, everyone in America didn't wake up on the same day and decide to legalize gay marriage.
this is another clear cut case of how a few anti-democratic government leaders are forcing policy on the American public

Alabama had this problem back in the 60s, but then it was about black people eating in public restaurants and deigning to drink from the same water fountain as whites. Federal gov't fixed their wagon then and will again.

when the country was founded it was a coalition of individual states that were supposed to honor the Bill of Rights and be loosely united under the federal government. (which had very limited powers)
the dictatorial actions of the federal government didn't start until Lincoln ignored the Constitution and started a war with the Confederate states

It was the original intent of the framing generation that Federal laws, rulings of Federal courts, and Constitutional case law are supreme.

there was nothing intended to be negative about the formation of the federal government.
the Constitution was considered a compact, as soon as one party refuses to abide by it, it's void.
the American public further rejected "federal superiority" , which resulted in the federal court system having to get permission from a state to get involved
