Look dumb shit, a RECOUNT requires that you COUNT what is there. If these votes have no paper trail, guess what? They do not exist and it is completely defeating the purpose of a recount to claim cause some tally shit had them on election night they still count. A recount REQUIRES you VERIFY EACH and EVERY Vote. No proof they exist, they ******* do not count. Why? Well golly gee cause there is NO evidence they EVER existed to begin with. Dumb Shit.
