As with a majority of failures in technology, it looks like a sequence of errors and failures led to the crash of the airplane. The prime suspects appears to be the pilots not reacting in a way that could save the airplane once the final stall began. I would think that changes in training, in particular more simulator experience with flying on manual during emergency situations will be the result of this accident.
