There does not need to be a law written for something to be lawful in the US Military., There was no law or EO or that said the US Military members had to get the Anthrax vaccine, yet it was found lawful by the US court system.

Whether an order is lawful is not based upon your feeling for the current CIC. It is probably best you never bothered to serve your country.

I look at the problem in a bit different way in that I won't tolerate the rudeness and profanity, and I let them know that! They will fall into line with those demands or they will find themselves sidelined.

When that happens there's some satisfaction to be gained as they go batsh-t crazy with rage.
I can never accept that all of them can take the Trump nonsense seriously. My only explanation is that they are beyond desperation for relief from bad government that has denied the working class a piece of the great American pie.

Have taken some drug and gotten a bad reaction from it? The vaccines are NOT thoroughly tested and safe, not by a long shot. Prime example the press security and spokes person for the president, Jen Psaki has admitted to having contracted the disease even though being completely vaccinated, wearing a mask at her convenience and working in the White house.

Does that sound like the vaccine is thoroughly tested and safe? And that is only one example.
