Somebody asked me if I would accept $600 to sell a house.........
I said.... I only sell an average of 10 houses a year, its a huge item and so therefore less of them sell, by comparison to other products.
$6,000 a year is not enough to live on...... so NO, I will not sell a house, and be paid $600 for it.
Supply and demand says that a house is worth more than $600.. Because no agent sells enough houses to charge $600 for their services.
So **** you, Im not going to be robbed by you... come back when you offer me the standard going rate, 6 % of total selling price.
Somebody asked me if I would accept $600 to sell a house.........
if $3,000 up to $6,000 were enough to live on, I would gladly charge only $600 for selling a house.
That's what I said to him.
Agents need to defend themselves, as much as anybody else.
