AG Garland never prosecuted Trump, and specifically assigned Jack Smith as a special prosecutor with independence…which was used AGAINST the case by shameless Trumptard judge Cannon.
Cannon stalled as long as she could and then dismissed the documents case, not on any merit, but on the grounds that Jack Smith’s operational independence from the department is unconstitutional.
That’s what weak wristed Garland got for treating special people with special accommodations. Had he gone with straight forward prosecution out of Miami dale like he would with ANYONE else then Trump would be in jail before 2024.
