Tina Peters was the first state official who attempted to demonstrate that the State of Colorado election system is corrupt to its core. As a result thereof a Socialist Demon Rat state "judge" sentenced her to 9 years . AG Bondi has agreed to review her case .

In a court filing Monday, Yaakov Roth, an acting assistant attorney general, said the Justice Department plans to evaluate the state prosecution of Peters and citing an executive order signed by President Donald Trump, said it would look at “whether the case was ‘oriented more toward inflicting political pain than toward pursuing actual justice or legitimate governmental objectives.’”

The 2020 election needs a serious investigation.
Tina Peters. As of February 2025, she has been incarcerated. As the former Mesa County Colorado clerk, Peters attempted to preserve the 2020 election records in accordance with state and federal laws. She contracted for an election machine expert to preserve the records prior to a scheduled upgrade to the software during the spring of 2021. Peters was convicted in August 2024 of three counts of attempting to influence a public servant, one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, first-degree official misconduct, violation of duty and failing to comply with the secretary of state. In October, she was given a nine-year sentence for her crimes. Peters is currently being held without bond in the Larimer County Jail while appealing her conviction. The 69-year-old gold star mother and whistleblower with no prior criminal record had her bond revoked because she was a “danger to the community”
