Nashville would be ideal!
"Around the four-day winter meeting this week, RNC members buzzed about Nashville being their preferred destination for 2024. Tennessee’s capital city, which is churning out new high-rise hotels blocks away from the convention center and downtown honky-tonks, would have the most centralized room availability for an event expected to draw 50,000
The precise 1.5-ounce liquor pours, the maximum amount allowed under Utah law, flowed freely to RNC members at the evening receptions this week, but the bar inside the Grand America Hotel cut patrons off promptly at midnight. Utah’s stricter-than-average alcohol policies are one factor in the city selection process, which must account for the rollicking, booze-filled events held alongside official convention business."
Nashville rises, Pittsburgh crashes out in 2024 GOP convention search
The red-state politics of Tennessee and Utah make Nashville and Salt Lake City particularly attractive sites for the party.
